About the Event
"Harmonies of The Valley", 2024 presented by Kinta Valley String Orchestra will be held in RTM Auditorium Perak on 16th November 2024 (Saturday) 8.00PM.
This year, we aim to create a rich and immersive musical experience by expanding our orchestra through a special collaboration with talented wind and brass players mostly from Ipoh "Kinta Valley Wind Orchestra" and guest players from other states. By bringing together musicians we aspire to build lasting connection to enrich both performers and audiences by sharing the beauty and power of live orchestra music.
Objectives:
• Bringing Classical Music to New Audiences: Our carefully curated repertoire bridges the traditional and contemporary, with masterpieces like Ottorino Respighi’s “Ancient Airs and Dances”, Vivaldi’s “Summer” and “Winter” from The Four Seasons, and the 4th movement of Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9.
