WVC Jazz Live at 1969 D'Kelly Hotel

Formed in 2006, WVC Jazz is one of Southeast Asia’s leading contemporary jazz bands. Led by pianist, composer and arranger Tay Cher Siang, bassist AJ Popshuvit; and drummer Adriel Wong. The trio has toured extensively across Malaysia, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Thailand and Macau, bringing their unique blend of jazz and contemporary music to audiences across the region.

With eight albums of original music and a reputation for creative projects such as Shakespeare Jazz, Haruki Murakami and Jazz, Modern Nanyang and Jazz Bach, WVC continues to explore new musical boundaries. The band has also performed at Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS with the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra under baton of Mr Gerald Salonga and received thirteen nomintions from Boh Cameronian Arts Awards, with five wins.
