REFUND POLICY

  1. Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to kvss.ipoh@gmail.com no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date. Requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the Ticket Buyer via Online Bank Transfer only. The Ticket Buyer shall submit a photocopy NRIC/passport, ticket order number(s) and produce other valid supporting documents for the ticket refund.

  3. Refundable Amount: The refundable amount is based on ticket price only, exclusive of any Processing Fee(s) and Sale Tax, whichever applicable.

  4. Event Cancellation: In the event that the concert is canceled or postponed, we will notify ticket holders via email and provide instructions on how to obtain a refund or attend the rescheduled event.

  5. No-Show Policy: Tickets are non-refundable for no-shows or attendees who arrive late and are unable to enter the event.

  6. Refund Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency or unforeseen personal circumstances. Please provide supporting documentation for such requests.

  7. Transferability: Tickets are transferable to another person. Each Ticket will only be valid for one entry on the day or days stated on the Ticket.
